Co-develop

Partner with industrial operators. We bring IP and engineering; they bring capital and the site. The first plant is built together.

Own

XPYRO keeps an equity stake in each plant, so our interest is permanently aligned with how the plant performs.

Scale

Replicate the model across sites and geographies, using the reference plant as proof. Modular 5–10,000 t/year regional units, sited at the waste.

License

Process design packages, turnkey and build-operate-transfer delivery and O&M support – capital-light scaling of a proven design.

Proof of concept done – qualification next

Done10 t/day pilot plant designed, built, commissioned and run; oil, carbon and steel produced and analysed; syngas energy loop validated.
NowProduct qualification on representative lots, continuous-operation campaign, permits and a demonstration case with partners.
NextFirst 50 t/day commercial plant with offtake agreed before commissioning; then licensed regional plants.

Long-term ambition: 500 plants and 1% of the global end-of-life tyre market, built on the licence model.

Industrial operators and waste companies with a site, capital and feedstock ready to build the first commercial plant – and regional developers for modular units.

Capital for the qualification campaign and the 50 t/day build, seeking exposure to green materials and waste valorisation with real underlying technology.
